Senior Bioinformatician in Spatial Multi-omics — Wellcome Sanger Institute

The Bayraktar group at the Wellcome Sanger Institute is hiring a Senior Bioinformatician for single-cell and spatial transcriptomic studies of the healthy and diseased human brain. A major focus is the GBM-space project — an international collaboration funded by Wellcome LEAP — integrating single-cell transcriptomics, epigenomics, and spatial RNA/DNA-sequencing.
