CAJAL Neuromics 2026: Single-Cell and Spatial Omics in the Nervous System

The CAJAL Neuromics course (June 22 – July 10, 2026) provides hands-on training in single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, and multi-omics approaches applied to the nervous system. The program combines keynote lectures from leading experts, wet-lab sessions, computational workshops with real datasets, and collaborative mini-projects.
Course directors include Gioele La Manno from EPFL's Laboratory of Neurodevelopmental Systems Biology. The course is hosted at the Bordeaux School of Neuroscience, one of Europe's premier neuroscience training centres.
